After eating at fast food restaurants for a couple of years you start to think about how bad this can be for you. I realized that I probably eat at a McDonalds, Checkers, or Taco Bell about three or four times a week. This is so bad for your body, you should occasionally eat at a fast food place maybe once a month if that. If you go to a fast food place, try ordering a salad or something or the healthy side. I have high calorestoral in my family therefore, I have to watch out for my self. My own body is the number one thing that I have to be concerned with. If I could stay healthy, I could live a much healthier, longer life. And you just feel one hundred percent better with yourself. When working out you can think that you are doing good for your body and when you are hungry after words, don't eat at a fast food restaurant and throw your workout away. Go get yourself a salad to pile on that that great workout of yours. When eating healthy, you also want to workout and when working out you also want to eat healthy. They go hand and hand with eachother. Its like cookies and milk. If you give the mouse a cookie, he's going to want some milk. You have to think of it on a much bigger scale, but mostly think of the health of your body. Its so important for you, and we, teenagers, have to start thinking about this at a young age before its too late. You can always try and change your health around, but if you catch it at a prime time when your young, your possibilities of living longer and staying healthier are so much greater!
