Golds Gym

When you think of keeping your body healthy, one of the things to do is to work out occasinally, like every other day.  If you are on a diet, you are have to work out or exercise to keep the diet working.  It not going to work with just working out or visa versa.  I recently went to Golds Gym and signed up for a membership.  Its about 3 minutes away from my house which is perfect!  My other 2 friends already have memberships there and love it.  They told me to join and I trust them, because if they didn't like it they would have told me.  I visited it today for the first time, and I really do like it.  Everything is new and clean, there is even an upstairs.  Traineers are there to help and to make sure you are working out correctly.  If you don't work out the right way you can hurt your body without even knowing.  One of my favorite things at the gym is the sauna and shower.  They both go hand and hand.  First, you go in the sauna for about 15 minutes until you sweat enough and feel pretty hot.  You don't want to stay in there for too long because that can be bad for you too.  Once the 15 minutes comes up, you hop out and jump in the shower.  I love the feeling of cold water hit my body after the sauna.  These are usually the last things I do before I leave because it makes me feel relaxed.  Working out usually comes before all of this, and when you take a shower and hit the sauna it relieves tention in your muscles.  Right before you leave, you want to feel relaxed and comfortable.  Last but not least, they have a food section with all healthy drinks.  There are even a couple of tables for you to sit down, relax, and enjoy a healthy drink.  They are expensive, but where aren't they!  I truly love Golds Gym, and they seem to suit my needs therefore, I am going to sign up.  I need to get back into working out because, its been about a good year.  After I get into the mode of working out every other day again I will feel great!
