I have to say I have never seen a black squirrel in my life until the other day. My eyes blew up with sock, I did not even know what to do. I have heard people talk about them, and my friends told me too, but I still had no trace of one. I went to my friends a couple of days ago, he lives in Brentwood. I was taking a nice stroll on his grass, looking around. I saw something out of the corner of my eye, dart across the grass and vanashed. I could not believe what I saw, I was thinking a cat but I wasn't too sure. Next thing I know it, this little gray squirrel popped his out and started running down the street. I really only believe that they live in Brentwood because I have never seen them anywhere else. I was also thinking that someone spray painted the squirrel to play a joke, but I truly think it was a real black squirrel. I have already told so many stories of this squirrel to my friends, and some still cannot believe me. I would have been the same way if I hadn't seen it with my own two eyes. Next time I arrive in Brentwood, I am going to keep a special look out for black squirrels. I'm going to bring my camera too because I love to take pictures. If I caught this on camera, that would just make my day. I would set it as my background on my computer and leave it there this way I could stair at it for a week straight in amusement. I do not know to much about black squirrels, but they sure do rock! I wonder if they live in a special place, or if they eat different foods, or even act differently than a regular squirrel. I would love to know more information about these animals, so I just might.
