Gold

Date:10/1/08
Time:10:52pm
Place:My room

I never knew how much gold was worth until my friend found a 14 carrot braclet on the floor and cashed it in for $335,  it was incrediable!  In this economy of today, gold is very valuable.  Almost triple the price of what is was a couple of years ago.  My friend went to a pawn shop, where they offered him an incrediable amount of $335.  He is so lucky because he found it, I was very jealous but I am happy for him.  I was thinking about cashing in my own gold chains that I don't even wear any more because this has got to be the best time to retrieve money from them.  What's the best with going to pawn shops, is that you can bargin with them.  This kind of makes it even more exciting for you because you seem like you are going to make a fortune.  Gold has to be treated very carefully because it is not something to be damaged.  Once it is damaged, the value drops terrifically.  All of my gold chains are kept in a draw that I never touch.  I will probably never touch them until I cash them in because I don't wear most of them any more.  The on gold chain that I do wear I never take off.  This is why it's great to keep jewery from years ago, the value keeps increasing.  I doubt that gold will go down in the next ten years, if anything the cost will increase.  People who steal, go straight for gold because they know where the money is at.  They will cash it for money, just like my friend did, only my friend didn't steal it.  After I sell some of my own gold, I'll be a little richer too!
