As I sit here right now, I am in a rush to get to school. Very typical, I am doing home work at the very last second, but I am not going to English class, I am going to Photography class. I have about five minutes and then I have to rush out of my house like a mad man. My mom is super busy in the other room, because she has to leave and take my sister somewhere too. The whole house is a huge reck with a lot of confusion. I don't want to be late for my Photography class, but I do want to finish my English home work. I wish I didn't have work till late, because sometimes it interfers with my school work. School work always comes first, especially before work, but I like to make a lot of money too. I usually find the right time to do my homework but today I was totally rushed. As I rush typing this, I feel as if I am spelling everything wrong. But I am back spacing my mistakes so quickly that I do not even realize it. When you are in a rush you make a lot of mistakes, which is why I wish I wasn't in a rush. Next time I am in this situation I am not going to be happy, thereofre, I am going to try my hardest to avoid work and school comming together. Now I have to run to my Photography class. I hope I still make it there on time!

New HP Printer

I had a lexmark printer for about 3 years and it was about time to buy a new one. I went out shopping all night on black friday to go looking for special deals, especially on electronics like printers. I first went to the outlits in Deep Park to look for clothes. After that I went to Best Buy is Bayshore, buy there was a line from the door to Guam. People are seriously crazy, they were standing outside for about 7 hours. I kept dring East, and thank God I ran into a PcRichards. They were open, I could not believe it. They opened at 5:00am and we got there at 5:15am. It was great; I could not believe how many people were already in the store. I knew one of the managers who work there, therefore, he helps me look for the printers. I knew I wanted a wireless printer but I wasn't sure on the model or company. I also realized that I wanted a printer who could print out photos, and a printer that is cabable of holding memory cards from your camera. This HP C4500 printer has all of the coponets that I wanted. My friends gave me a discount on top of the black friday discount. I had to take it, it was such a bargan. Normally the HP printer would have went for about $180, and I got it down to $109.
When I told my Mom how much I bought the printer for, she was shocked. I wish I would have went back and bought more things, but I didn't have enough money. I just started using this printer and I already love it. After I get familiar with it a little more, it will become my best friend!

Thanksgiving

My Thanksgiving went great. My family did something a little different this year. One of my mom's friends is from Vietnam and she cooks a different version of Thanksgiving. After my mom spoke with her, they decided to combine their two different cultures together and have Thanksgiving as one. We brought our family over her house because she insisted to have it at her place, and it truly was a beautiful house. We brought tons and tons of trays over her house, filled with so many goodies to stuff yourself with. One of my favorites was the stuffing, topped with some hot gravy. That stuffing went down my stomach in a couple of minutes. I think my mom's friends loved it too. After a couple of minutes went by, we were all bonding and everyone felt at home. We knew some of her family, but not all. After that day, we knew everybody. They were all such nice people. They were so kind to bring out their food for us, and served us while we sat down and relaxed in the chairs in the dining room. They food was on the order of Chinese, and it was excellent. I am going to go to their house more often in stead of the Chinese restaurants because theirs tasted so fresh and healthier. We you go any eat out to a Chinese restaurant, the food sometimes tastes too fatty. Their food was awesome and I would definitely go back next year. She even insisted that we stay over for a sleep over, but we only live a couple of houses away on the same block so we decided to go home. My mom loves to visit other peoples homes but when it comes to sleeping, her home is the place to be. After that night, I felt like I couldnt eat for days, my stomach was so filled. I felt bloated, but not to the point of throwing up. If i could eat like that once a week I so would. Eating has got to be one of favorite things to do, which is why I love the holiday Thanksgiving. Maybe next Thanksgiving we will clash our cultures again and have a wonderful dinner because it was too good for words!

A good spot to put your xbox

After having my xbox for over three years I know that there are better spots than others to keep it in your house while you are playing. The system gets really hot when it lays down on carpets and things like cabanets that close up. This cause the heat to circulate because it is in something that in inclosed. You can also have nothing on top of your xbox because there are small vents on the top of it too. If you clog up the holes, they will get too hot. If the system gets to hot something really bad happens, and they call this the red ring of fire. The xbox lights up green when you turn it on, its like a green circle or ring. If this ring turns red you know there is a serious problem with your system. You have to make sure its always turned off when you are done playing with it, that the number one problem why breaks or why it turns red. Kids usually forget about it and just leave the system on, cooking, and waiting for it to heat up and break. You really have to careful with toy, because its a real expensive toy. You don't want to buy a next system that cost over 300 dollars. To repair the xbox also cost a lot of money, therefore, you don't want to mess around. The xbox360 is a great system to play with and have fun but you have to take care of it just like your car. Other toys can be treated like crap, but this one cannot. Many people who own this system is kind of old, so they know what they are doing but you never who might own one. I actually have neighbor who lives across the street and he is only 12. He own about 3 different expensive systems, but they point is that he's really young and doesn't really know how to work them correctly. Now that he is familiar with a whole bunch of system he probably knows how to work them, but that came from experience. I'm sure that some day when he was playing, the red ring of fire came on his xbox and he had no clue of what to do. Just make sure to treat your xbox360 with a lot of care!
Need For Speed Carbon

I have been playing xbox360 for about 3 years now and one of my favorite games that I have ever played on it was need or speed carbon. The need for speed games very always one of my tops because I love car games. This game has the best graphics, and this music is awesome. If you don't even like the music you can put your own on the xbox and play it that way. One of my favorite things to do in this game besides driving around and winning races is coustimizing your ride. Any car that you won in the game, which is called "my cars", enables you to have the ability to coustimize your ride. You can change things from the color of your car to the spoiler of your car. Really, almost anything you can think of. I love it, you can spend either 5 minutes fixing up your car, or 2 hours, its up to you. I could enjoy sitting there for hours making it as nice as I possibly can. After I am done with the car, I take it for a test ride against so other cars in the game. If its good, I would keep it, this way I can vs my friends when they come over. I love making new cars and showing my friends how good they are, then I beat them in a race. That just pisses them off though. I always let my friends take turns playing the game, because sometimes it can get addicting and you play non stop for 3 hours without even knowing. When everybody gets a try and none of your friends are sitting bored out of their minds, it just makes everything so much better. The absolute best is when you have four controllers, and you play a a four way split screen race. Racing against you friends can be fun, but intense. Over all, need for speed carbon for xbox 360 is my most favorite game! I cant wait to play it again. I feel like I am getting addicted to it, but its not that bad yet.

Pillows

Pillows can be used to throw at people in the weirdest situations. One can involve girls. Its called a slumber party, or even a wild fight. Fights can be determined through pillow fights. I absolutly love pillow fights because they usually involve have a lot of fun. Fun in my middle name. When it comes to fun, I would do anything and everything to have that great night. Throughout the day, I sometimes realize how pillows can be used for fun, for hurting, or for sexual reason. The one main reason where I sill pillows throughout the day is when I'm with girls. I cannot believe how people always seem to get hurt by the zippers on the edges of the pillows. They always stick out, like they are trying to hurt somebody on purpose. Right now I am sitting on two pillows. One is shaped like a square and the other is round and puffy. I perfer to sit on the puffy red pillow because it makes me feel at home and comufy. The square shaped pillow is too hard for me to sit or lean on and that makes me feel uncomfortable. They help your back for support reasons, this way your won't get a bad back when you are older. I think I already do have a bad back, even though I am only eighteen years old. This is why I put a lot of effort into having a good pillow for my back. I cannot believe that pillows are always with me throughout the day. I can't wait to sleep on my pillow in a couple of minutes! Good Night.

Sleep

Even though I am a very active person, I love to sleep. In fact one of my favorite things to do during the day is to sleep. If I had nothing to do all day, I would definitely sleep all day, and I would be so glad. Sometimes I think about over sleeping and not getting up in the morning. I do second think my self because I should really get up to start my day, but I usually just lay there and stretch. I absolutly love it! Sleeping the best, I love to dream and have many flashbacks or memories. Being all snug in my bed, felling comfortable, and having sweet dreams are some of the things that I would I could do every day for 10 hours a day. To bad we only get about 6 to 8 hours a sleep a day. I wish I got about 12 hours a day. Sometimes I actually do get about 12 hours a day, but that on a day where I know I have nothing to do the next day. That feeling is truly the best. The feeling of dreaming until a day with no end. It almost seems as if you already entered heaven. Sometimes you can also feel bad, a feeling that you are going to die. Many a feeling where you cannot breath correctly. That can be an awful dream, possible one that you feel like dying in. The best feeling is truly when you sleep till no end, and in the morning there is nobody there to wake you up. You do not want to be approached in the morning and be awakened by a stranger, or a family member that seems like a stranger because you just exited you dream. When you exit your dream you do not know where you are therefore, you want to wake up comfortably. I love to sleep, in fact I might just go to sleep right now. Sleep is what gives you strength for the next day and what keeps you going, moving through your life.
Bobs Stores

One of my favorite places to shop is Bobs. The closest one to my is located in Bayshore. Bobs is one of many stores who always have discounts. One store that is similar is Marshalls. Bobs always has the best deals which is why I love to shop there. Even when you don't know there is a deal going on, you are bound to find one. Bobs have a lot of clothes that I like to wear including, ecko, south pole, nike, polo and ralph lauren. Their clothes are not so called knock offs, they are real. Some might be passed down by the actual stores, but not many. They are all fresh, up to date, and ready to be worn on a beautiful man/women. When shopping around in the store, I always run into people that I know. Many people that I know also shop there which is a very good thing. If other people seem that same way about the store just like me, I know that they have to be a good store. Sometimes you second think or judge youself about going somewhere but I knew that this was a great store and it was right for me. Bobs have excellent people that work there, who are very kind and willing to help the coustomer. For example, when I was on the check out line one time, waiting to be rung up, the casher gave me a couple of great coupons. I was so shocked and couldn't believe that I had just received the coupon. Another time it happened to me, and it was by a regular shopper who was behind me. The people that I run into seem to be so kind, and I love it! Bobs is a great store to shop at. If you can't get to the Bob's store in Bayshore, be sure to get to another one!
Remotes

There are many different types of remotes. I always had sony tv's therefore, i always had sony remotes. They are great, very responsive, easy to click, usually light up in the dark and have long distance range. I wish remotes were able to connect to the t.v. even if there were things in the way like clothes. Sometimes when I try to change the channel, clothes or toys are in the way. I wish some how, I didnt have to move, or stand up just to change the channel. It would make you much more like a couch potato, but it would defenitely be worth it! Also, sometimes when you change the channel by hitting the buttons like, channel 53, you have to press the enter button after word. I personally cant stand that, it goes to the channel but not directly after. I wish all you had to do was push the channel that you want, and it would go right away, light lightning. Some remotes are too confusing. The simpler the remote the better. When you want to change the channel, you look at the remote, and if its too dark you start to look at all of these other weird button that you have no clue what they are. If you read the manuel, im sure you would understand, but who has time to read the manuel these days? I still go by the simpler the better. Remotes are also a little big, unlike other things which have become much smaller over the past years due to our great technology. They will probably drop half the size in a couple of years. Remotes are an awesome invention though!

Red Eared Sliders (Turtles)

I have had a red eared slider turtle for about 5 years now. It is a great animal to have that does not disturb you much. It likes to mind its own business, just like cats. Red eared sliders are land/water animals. Ocassionally they like to go and hang out on the rocks to get away from the water. They like to get sunlight and "tan". When they are in the water, they seem to take it easy be swimming very gentle back and forth through the tank. They do not look like they are in a hurry. I tend to like relaxed animals that you do not have to take care of much. I don't have much time, therefore, I cannot depend my whole day on taking care of animals. I do have to occasionally clean out the tank about once every two months. The turtle has to keep nice and clean and that's my responsibility. My tank has gravel on the bottom and is sourrounded by many rocks to keep the turtle busy. I used to have two turtles but the girl turtle died about two years ago. I wish she stayed alive to keep the other turtle, "Timmy", company. They always say to keep animals together, with a mate this way they do not get bored. Its better to have a girl and a boy animal, rather that two boys or two girls. Mating is a good thing, but if you want to neuter them thats perfectly fine too. This isn't really done to turtles but when they want to have fun with each other they do on the side. Most of the time you don't even know what going on with them. When I did have the girl red eared slider, she used to go on the males back once in a while. We had no clue what was going on, but who knows. I feel bad because now Timmy is lonely. Many for Christmas we will buy a need one to keep him company. With turtles you have to be very careful not to catch salmonella. Our red eared slider with kept free of they because they were raised on a farm, given organic food but you always have to watch out and keep clean. Every time I touch them I wash my hands after words. Red eared slider turtles are a great pet to have and you should get some of your own too!

Ring tones

I love to always have a new ring tone on my cell phone. Its what kids do, we like to be undated with the music of today. After a month goes by the ring tone starts to get old. I always find myself to constantly switch them to my liking. Some sound too loud on you phone, and others sound too low. You have to find the right ring tone that sounds the best with your phone because every phone has a different speaker. My phone is with At&t, and I think they have pretty good speakers in their phones. When I play a song I can crank it up to five bars, one being the least and 5 being the most. I usually leave it on volume 3, it sound nice and strong there, where everybody can hear it. Right now I have a ring tone called beautiful by Akon. He is one of my favorite artists right now, but they constantly switch. His music is like hip hop, but also kind of soft. Its also like rap because he rhymes, but he almost never curses. In about ten more days, I will probably changes my ring tone one more time. By the time Christmas comes around, I would have probably changes it about 3 more times. Its makes me feel fresh and up to date. When I feel updated I feel like I can show my new song to other people, because they usually don't know them. That makes me feel so good. Christmas

Its that time of year, when the weather becomes extremely cold and the feeling of Christmas comes around. You know its getting close because you start to hear Christmas toons on the radio. When I toon into the radio stations, especially the AM part, the songs are played non-stop. I love Christmas music, its so relaxing. You normally hear the song being played after Thanksgiving. All of the stores decorate way in advance to get you to buy presents nice and early. Its like that with every holiday, stores love to decorate early. Christmas has got to be my favorite holiday, it brings my family so close together. I love that feeling. Its the birth of Jesus Christ, what can be a better holiday that that? My family is very religous, therefore, Christmas means a lot to us. It has always been a tradition and always will be. Sometimes we visit the Christmas tree in New York City; the tree is always tremendous. I love taking pictures of it and then going home to put them as my screen saver on my computer. Talking about pictures, we must take the most pictures during the Christmas holiday. Every where you turn, a picture gets snapped. During Christmas day is the most special, when all of the kids are opening their presents. I remember when I was young, a picture was taken with me every present that I opened. It was ok with me, but it did get kind of anoying after a while. We also send out many Christmas cards to all of our close relatives, and we put Christmas pictures inside of all of them. I truly love Christmas and I wish it came around more than once in a year! I can't wait till this years Christmas, it always seems to get better!

Snowboarding

During the winter time I usually go snowboarding. I like to go upstate to a mountain called Windom. The slopes are huge, but I have grown up to handle them. There are many different types of mountains you can go on. There are intermediate mountains, for the beginners, middle mountains, for the average, and the diamond mountain slopes for the experts. I was never able to make it up to he expert mountains because they looked so intense and I only go a couple times per year so I didn't think I was good enough. There is alway a challenge to try a Windom. One of my favorite parts of the mountain was when I went on the ski lift. Its so much fun! I never knew why they called it the ski lift and not the snowboard lift because ski's weren't the only things on the mountains. Maybe its because ski's came before snowboards. I actually never tried sking, I always kept with snowboarding. I have a great ballance which is why I think I am good on 1 board, oppose to 2 boards, like sking. Its a fact that skiers can go faster than snowboarders, but thats ok, we'll catch up. Windom has some awome slops you can go down for tricks. They are very dangerous but people still like to rish their lives everyday by tring new dare devil stunts. I went on the half pipe several time, it was so scary. When your about to make it to the top, you feel like your going to fall off. I also tried the grinding rail, that was much easier and a lot of fun! I hope I return to Windom this year to practice snowboarding again becasue I truly miss it. Snowboarding rocks!

Overload of Credits

According to your weekly schedule a college student has to come up with free time that he or she can go to school. This may be very hard for that person because work and many other things like sport activities interact with you hours. This just makes it harder on you, especially when you are picking your classes. If you do not register right away, the classes fill up very quickly, leaving you with less choices to pick from. You want to register at the quickest time possible because it is easier for you to work around your busy schedule. Many people overload themselves with too many credits/classes. They say to be a full enrolled student you have to take 12 and a half credits. Last semester I took 15 and a half and it truly wasn't that bad. This semester I am going to take 16. I think this is a little bit of a challenge, and I am looking forward to it. These semesters fly by, unlike High School. I remember in High School, the quarter never ended. It was horrible, I wanted to get out so bad. College is nothing like that! If you schedule yourself correctly and fit everything into your week without having to be stressed out, you will be in a great position. My counsler said that I am on track with everything that I have to take for my major. If I follow that rout, I will be out in two years and that would be awesome. I meet people here at my college that have been going there for three or four years because of their lack of credits. Some people just didn't know what to take and thats ashame. They should have be guided in the right path in the first place, but now they are a little behind. Its ok, as long as they graduate within a reasonable time. I think I scheduled myself perfect with 16 credits and I am looking forward to it!

Photography

Over the past couple of years, I always had an interest in Photography. I knew this because I already had a passion in Art. Photography is like Art, but just on a different level. I used to Draw and Paint in High School and then I stopped for a while. I wanted to get back into the Art field, so I did. Photography is another way to express my feelings, just like painting them on a piece of paper. I shoot the images that I wish to be expressed. For example, shooting people and catching their emotions is fantastic. I love to watch to see them to react to the photo. I am also a loving person for animals. I took that out by taking pictures of them, especially cats. I have a cat of my own and I adore her. I take pictures of her all the time and I can never get bored at it. I also wish I traveled more, wish is why I want to travel the world and incouperate my photography skills while I' m traveling. I would be killing to birds at one stone, that would just make my day! I am currently taking Photography one right now in Suffolk County Community College and I love it. Next semester I will be taking Photography two and I can't wait. I have learned many ways of how to use my camera and they have helped tremendously. With the camera that I just bought now to long ago would have been impossible to use if I didn't have this class to direct me into doing the right things. There are so many different modes to set your camera and you have to make sure you are doing the right things on each mode. If you do, the pictures come out amazing! I cannot wait until Photography two!

Photography is another way to express my feelings, just like painting them on a piece of paper. I shoot the images that I wish to be expressed. For example, shooting people and catching their emotions is fantastic. I love to watch to see them to react to the photo. I am also a loving person for animals. I took that out by taking pictures of them, especially cats. I have a cat of my own and I adore her. I take pictures of her all the time and I can never get bored at it. I also wish I traveled more, wish is why I want to travel the world and incouperate my photography skills while I' m traveling. I would be killing to birds at one stone, that would just make my day! I am currently taking Photography one right now in Suffolk County Community College and I love it. Next semester I will be taking Photography two and I can't wait. I have learned many ways of how to use my camera and they have helped tremendously. With the camera that I just bought now to long ago would have been impossible to use if I didn't have this class to direct me into doing the right things. There are so many different modes to set your camera and you have to make sure you are doing the right things on each mode. If you do, the pictures come out amazing! I cannot wait until Photography two!

Golds Gym

When you think of keeping your body healthy, one of the things to do is to work out occasinally, like every other day. If you are on a diet, you are have to work out or exercise to keep the diet working. It not going to work with just working out or visa versa. I recently went to Golds Gym and signed up for a membership. Its about 3 minutes away from my house which is perfect! My other 2 friends already have memberships there and love it. They told me to join and I trust them, because if they didn't like it they would have told me. I visited it today for the first time, and I really do like it. Everything is new and clean, there is even an upstairs. Traineers are there to help and to make sure you are working out correctly. If you don't work out the right way you can hurt your body without even knowing. One of my favorite things at the gym is the sauna and shower. They both go hand and hand. First, you go in the sauna for about 15 minutes until you sweat enough and feel pretty hot. You don't want to stay in there for too long because that can be bad for you too. Once the 15 minutes comes up, you hop out and jump in the shower. I love the feeling of cold water hit my body after the sauna. These are usually the last things I do before I leave because it makes me feel relaxed. Working out usually comes before all of this, and when you take a shower and hit the sauna it relieves tention in your muscles. Right before you leave, you want to feel relaxed and comfortable. Last but not least, they have a food section with all healthy drinks. There are even a couple of tables for you to sit down, relax, and enjoy a healthy drink. They are expensive, but where aren't they! I truly love Golds Gym, and they seem to suit my needs therefore, I am going to sign up. I need to get back into working out because, its been about a good year. After I get into the mode of working out every other day again I will feel great!

My Mom and I are distributers for a product called Monavie. Its a health drink that consist of nineteen different types of berries. The flavor of all of them mixed together is truly amazing. There are three different kinds of Movavie, they include: Active, Pulse, and Origional. The Active is a berry drink that is geered more towards you joints. It helps you maintain a better sleep at night and when you are running around throughout the day, it will help keep you moving. The best feeling in the world is to be health, and to know that a product really works is great. We know that Monavie really works because people have replied, and said that after drinking it for about a month, it cured their cancer cells and helped remove problems like akes and pains all over their bodies. I used to have terrible pains in my back because I hurt it about a year back, but the pain always remained throughout parts of my day. Now that I drink Monavie, my akes and pains have slowly dissaperard. An early Christmas present

There are so many different types of watches you can choose from. I currently wear a watch that is water proof but for Christmas I would like a Fossil watch. There is one that I have my eye one. Its in the Bayshore mall, in one of the spots in the middle of the mall. I need a fantasy watch to wear for special occasions. My Nike watch I wear everywhere and gets very messed up. Is not because I'm a messy person, but it comes to work with me and likes to get dirty. I had it for about a year now, and Christmas would be the perfect time to buy a new one. I would still keep my Nike watch for work and other places that I go because I always to have a watch on my wrist. Its just that fact that I don't feel like I have a nice fantasy watch that I can wear to other special occasions, where I know that it won't get dirty. If I go a watch messed up that cost over a hundred dollars I would be so unset. Now that I am thinking about this Fossil watch so my, I told my Mom this way she would remember what I want for Christmas. Hey, it makes a perfect present and I would be so happy, what better is there than that. I already have a special place in my room that I would keep it nice and clean. I am going to make sure that nobody can get to this spot, this way its out of the way of being stolen or even getting dusty. My goal is for my Mom to get me this watch before Christmas! That would truly make my day, any day, any time, any place!!

Fast Food Restaurants

After eating at fast food restaurants for a couple of years you start to think about how bad this can be for you. I realized that I probably eat at a McDonalds, Checkers, or Taco Bell about three or four times a week. This is so bad for your body, you should occasionally eat at a fast food place maybe once a month if that. If you go to a fast food place, try ordering a salad or something or the healthy side. I have high calorestoral in my family therefore, I have to watch out for my self. My own body is the number one thing that I have to be concerned with. If I could stay healthy, I could live a much healthier, longer life. And you just feel one hundred percent better with yourself. When working out you can think that you are doing good for your body and when you are hungry after words, don't eat at a fast food restaurant and throw your workout away. Go get yourself a salad to pile on that that great workout of yours. When eating healthy, you also want to workout and when working out you also want to eat healthy. They go hand and hand with eachother. Its like cookies and milk. If you give the mouse a cookie, he's going to want some milk. You have to think of it on a much bigger scale, but mostly think of the health of your body. Its so important for you, and we, teenagers, have to start thinking about this at a young age before its too late. You can always try and change your health around, but if you catch it at a prime time when your young, your possibilities of living longer and staying healthier are so much greater!

AIM

When you think about the ways of communicating with your friends, most of it is online. Yes, you can definitely talk through the phone, text, or even send letters, but most ways are online including AIM. AIM is an instant message, when the person can receive your message as quick as possible without having you to wait for a very long time. This makes it very conveinent on both of you. We live in a fast society therefore, we have to do things most effeciently and as fast as possible. When you go on Myspace and send a message or comment, you have to wait for a long period sometimes to hear the response from them. But, when you use AIM you can say much more in a smaller amount of time. Its like getting in and out in a couple of minutes. I believe better technology will come out that will be ever faster, but right now we probably can't even think about that. Its like cars, in 2011 they will have these incrediable looking cars out on the road, but today we cannot even imagine them. They have pictures of them in magazines but we have to visilize them at look at them first to believe what's happening. Its the same thing with AIM, we cannot believe that that will make a better instant message system, but they definitely will! I love AIM, its a great way to communicate with my friend. I do it almost every day, at some point of the day. Today, you can even go on AIM through your phone, so when you are not home you can do the same thing as if you were on your house computer. AIM is slowly becoming larger all over and I love it!
Keyboards

There are so many keyboards that are different. House computers and labbtops have their own creation of keyboards. I personally got used to the labbtop keyboards on my MacBook because I have been using it much more than my house computer one. I can still type really fast on my house computer keyboard though. I especially love the keyboard on my MacBook because when you hit the keys you don't have to press down as hard. You can lightly tap the keys, and this will be enough to hit they key, its that simple! I feel as if I could type forever. Everything on the keyboard seems so even, and when you spread you hands out across the whole keyboard you feel in sink. As when you put your hand on a house computer's keyboard, your hand are flopping all over the place because the keys are higher up and this creates you to believe that the keys aren't even. I also feel that I can rest my hands better on my labbtop because you hands are always down, touching something. As when your on your house computer, you have to elevate your hands up a little because of the height of the keys. It sounds really annoying, but most of the time we don't even think about it because we are so used to it. I love my MacBook keyboard and I don't think I would ever go back!
Water Proof Watches

Many people buy water proof watching, thinking that they will stay water proof forever. After a year goes by, they will probably loose their touch of being "water proof". I have had a Nike watch now for a bout a year. It still functions properly, the dials telling the correct time but, sometimes the screen gets a little foggy. I have been taking showers with it for the last year, but hey if its water proof you should be allowed to. I have gone in oceans in the summer time, many pools and some many others including my shower. It has survived. I wanted to know, even though it says "water proof", how long is it really going to last? Sometimes it not 100% water proof, but this watch was. I believe water proof products, especially watches, only last about a year until you have to buy a new one. They can only remain water proof for so long. It stinks, but thats how they get you to buy their new products next year. The system of stores making money on these products are so rigged, that they have it down to a science. They make money off of us so easily and we cannot do a single thing about it. Anyway water proof watches work most of the time for me and last about a year but I wish they lasted much longer. If you go out and but a water proof watch, get Nike, their awesome!

Gripping a Baseball

There are many ways to grip a baseball, and being a pitcher a couple of years back I know the best pitches to throw at a batter. Some of my favorites include, a sinker, slider, change up, fork ball, curver ball, and I also make up a pitch called the slinker. As of these pitches give off a different rotation on the ball when it comes out of your hand. By doing this, you have to hold the ball a certain way and release it out of your hand a certain way also. For example, a curve ball is held by putting you index and middle finger on the outside seems of the baseball. Holding your two fingers tightly together, makes sure you index finger toutches the seem first and the middle finger furthest away. After you have you fingers located in the right possition, you have to practice your winde up and release. When you get the techniques down, the ball will just flow perfectly out of your hand and into the catchers hand. Practice makes perfect, and with every pitch that you throw you will experience a different throw. You have to use these throws on certain batters, to make them strike out. In most places like Night Clubs, especially for Teens, their outfit is usually what makes or breaks them. Its usually gives off the first impression by not even talking to them. In clubs, its so ridicoulously loud that you can't hear anybody no matter what so the first thing you look at is their clothes. The guys can get away with wearing what ever, but when it comes to a girl, its like a competition. They dress so fancy or seductive because they want to stand out and impress the guys as best as possible. I think this is sometimes stupid, but there's a right place and time to dress like this and one of the places to do it at would definitely be a club. They cannot get introuble and there is nobody like parents around to tell them other wise. The bouncers do a good job of letting the right people in and making sure that no fights break out inside. They are almost like parents in the fact that they are watching out for you. Each club night has their own was of dressing for example, by colors, a style of clothing, or even by a holiday. There are so many different types of ways that you can dress that you cannot even think of but they are out there. The girls some how seem to catch a guys eye when they dress like it, which means they have done their job. Over the years, styles of clothing styles have changed drastically and the amount of clothing keeps getting less, especially for girls. New Printers

As the years keep on passing, technology keeps on rolling. They make so many new products that blow others away. For example, printers a couple of years back worked like slow dionsaurs. Now they can print out a piece of paper in 2 seconds. Its truly amazing! I need to get myself a new printer imedatilly. They next time I go to Best Buy or Circuit City I will make an attempt of buying one. I would like to spend about 150 dollars and I'm thinking bout buying an Hp. I hear, they are one of the best. I am sure all of the brands do the same thing, but I like to go by the name. Any when you have a name brand product sitting in your house, like a "sony", it makes you feel special. You might not be rich, but having that quality procuct sure makes you feel good. There are many printers that come with a fax, but all I need is a printer that come with a scaner. They printers that come with a card holder for you camera is also pretty cool. I am very interested in looking into that, but I have to do a little bit more reasourch. Led Pencils

Pencils are always great to use, especially during a test because when you make a mistake you can erase it. Trough out my High School career I found lead pencils to be my favorite. They are very small and skinny and fit perfectly in my hand. They are light weight, and when you write with them, your hand just flows. When you have to refill them, all you have to do is go to Staples and buy led. Led doesn't even cost that much money. A regular pencil you would have to go out to a store and buy new ones, but these you can reuse. I also find that the erasers on the led pencils are better. When you have to make a correction, they don't make a smudge and leave marks. That is very key because you always want to look neat, not messy. If the teacher sees messy smudges, he/she might think you were cheating. These pencils serve the best purpose and I believe that nobody should go out and buy regular pencils. After you use led pencils you cant go back. They even come in many different colors including: red, green, purple, blue, and black. You can almost have one for even day of the week, how great it that! They next time you go to a store that sells pencils, take it into consideration and try the led pencil. Trust me, it works!

When I am bored I usually place checkers. Its a game of pure thinking. They say old people should play games like these because it keeps their memory going. But for youngsters like me, its a game about winning. It takes a lot of skill and practice to get good at the game. I have been playing for several years and it all started when my Grandpa taught me. He was always into card game, checkers, chess, and many others. I wanted to know how to play, especially checkers, so he taught me. I have been using his knowledge to play against my friends, and trust me it works. I have became so good at checkers now that I wish I was in a tourtnment or something. Playing a game for money, how cool would that be? I would definitely enroll myself in something challenging like that. Every once in a while I challenge a friend into playing me. They always under estimate me, maybe its because I'm short, I don't know. It works for me because they are all hyped up, until they see my strageties. Its not a game about who's smarter, but who has more skill. It really does make you think, and befoe you make a move you have to study it. You have to think about what move he might make. Always backing yourself up is a pluse, you have to be ready for anything. Checkers will always be one of my favorite games to play! I will never get bored from playing checkers.

Montauk

A great place to get away and relax is Montuak. I have went there many times with my friends. We have taken the train and also drove there. Any way you go doesn't matter, as long as you get there. My friend's parents have been staying at this hotel for the past 35 years, therefore, they get us a great discount when we sleep over. The rooms are amazing, and they even have a pool to cool yourself down when you are burning up. I love the pool, I can't stay in the water for a long peroid of time so a half an hour is good enough for me. I don't know how people stay in the water for over an hour, thats just ridicolus. When it's night time, you can walk around, venturing into the narrow streets. We normally have no clue where we are going, but always see to end up by a restaurant. Its at great ball of fun! The shops are endless, there are so many places to spend your money. I remember I went there with 200 dollars and I spend it all in a couple of days. Their prices are much more expensive over there because the people are filthy rich. All the cars you see pass by are brand names, they don't fool aruond! I also love fishing, fishing is one of the main attractions out there. There are known to have the best fish or "keepers". I always try to go at least once when I am there, it just makes my trip espcially if I get a keeper. For close traveling, Monkauk is the way to go!

The Almond Joy that looked like A Rock

As family members and friends casually walk into my kitchen then find something that attracts them. This Almond always seems to draw their attention. I never knew why until I realized myself. Its a bag that looks like Almonds are stacked to the top. In fact, they are stacked to the top, but they are not Almond Joys. They are rocks, almost like paper weights but not that heavy. My friends, and myself included tried to eat one. It was incrediably funny, but very dangerous. If you threw it in your mouth you could have broke a tooth, or even chocked on it. We had to take it off the table within 2 days because this was happening to too many people. It was a great joke that wasn't intended to be a joke. Oh well, we have learned our lesson. I now look at this bag in discise and remember all of the hilarious moments that have occured. You cannot take all things as they look, especially. You shouldn't put anything in your mouth that you don't know where it came from. Its the funny moments that catch our eye, and this one especially caught mine because it wasn't intended to be funny. This fake bag of Almond Joys now sits on our dining room table, waiting for its next prey, for them to take a bit at it. It keeps moving around the house because its a nice decoration and we don't want to get rid of it. Its also like a merry go round, you'll never know where it ends up. Don't forget, inspect what you eat, especially if they look like white rocks!

Through movies and past experience, each man puts on his own type of game plan. There are many ways to make a woman happy and laugh, have an extremely good time, but how do you keep a woman? You have to be loving, affectionate, and caring. The little things are what count the most. In a kiss, first touch, or even a conversation. The first impression of you can be the most important, in fact it is. Everything a man does with a women the first time will lead the lady into how she feels about him. He has got to come off as strong and well-rounded, maybe even do something to impress her that a guy has never done before. By standing out to her, her feelings for you soon become closer. Love starts to take place, if your lucky. The word "game" has a lot of meaning, and if you do it correctly and not mess up, you might have found yourself the right woman. I was watching a movie called "Hitch" and it was about a man who helped others find love who were extremely bad at it. You can be the ugliest man alive, but as long as you know what you are doing, and have the sense of "game" in you, you can come out on top. This man Hitch said, " When you kiss a girl for the first time, do it like you mean it. Come about 90% of the way to her, and make her come the last 10". Its a stragety that works for him, and each man has a different stragety that might sever his purpose a little bit better. Just remember, if you got game you can have any woman of your choice!

According to the Mayan civilization, they recorded information of their calendars. Their calendars were one of the most accurate, especially for their time period. Many people wonder in confusion, it their prediction will be correct. They were right on many things that the predicted long before they happened, but who knows. I guess we are have to let the year, day, and time arrive to us before we know anything else. I believe the world is not going to end in 2012 because at the rate of this world, its not possible unless something falls out of the sky. Many people predict that Global Warming is a huge cause and might end the world, but not now. If you think about it, maybe the Mayans were the smartest of their kind, and we have no trace to see if they really were. Maybe, a new generation of people came about and we are now further in technology than what the Mayans had discovered. We read articles online, hear stories on t.v., and with those assumptions we have a hypothesis. My hypothesis is simple, as the year 2012 passes us, a new discovery will be made, telling us when the world might end again. Its like a continuous trend of people, stating their predictions from era to era, century to century, eon to eon. Word gets around, but as long as there's people on Earth, we will survive. One of many things that can wipe us out have been figured out due to science technology, but those occurances are long to happen. Our great great grand kids might not even witness this happening, but someday it sure will.

Overly Tired

When your tired colors start to fade out. Looking at orange and blue seems to get my mind all confused. Its like I'm looking at both colors at the same time. The kind of magically mix together, creating a cool wavy like color. I guess most of the time, I am too tired that I don't remember what I see. Colors go blur, but its ok as long as I am going to sleep. If this happened in the day time I would be in deep trouble. I would have to go and see a doctor because something would be definitely wrong with my eye sight. When you get tired you cannot consentrate and sometimes you just get knocked out. Not like a puntch, but as if the world just came down on you. Its like gravity pulling you down and sweeping your feet right off the ground. I wish I were sleeping half of the day because I truly love sleeping. Its that moment before you go to sleep that you start to doze off. This is when colors look bizzar, and your eyes start to twinkle. You would never think of this until you experience it yourself. People think other people are crazy but that just a way of life. Most people don't believe anything, until they see it with their own two eyes, or if they experience it themselves. That's perfectly ok with me, because if you know it happens you don't have to argue with anyone. People state arguments for a reason, but I like to keep it to myself. But I know for sure, that when colors start to flicker it about time to go to sleep. Thats about time when people say good night.
Cell Phone Chargers

I truly hate cell phone charges. I once had a phone that was very decent. I liked it a lot and it had many functions to keep me busy, but the one thing I hated about it was its charger. I would plug it in, in the beginning of the night before I would go to sleep and then throw it under my bed. Anyway, as the morning would arrive, I would expect my phone to be fully charged. If it wasn't I knew there had to be a bad outlit, or maybe a light switch wasn't turned on, forcing the phone to not get charged. But no, I checked and double checked everything in my house to make sure there was nothing wrong with this charger. My phone was down to half way in less than an hour. I could not take it anymore! I had to persuade my mom to buy me a new phone. It had to be either the phone itself or this crapy charger that always got me upset. A year later, I received a new phone with a new charger. It was the best day of my life, seriously. The first time I plugged it in, I closed my eyes and prayed to God that it would work. I had to wait till the morning, pondering in my bed about what I am going to do when it doesn't work. When I go up, I jumped up, flipped it opened and at last I saw a full bar. This wasn't a tool bar I'm talking about, it was a FULL battery on MY phone. I could not believe it. I guess phones over a year old have horrible charges, phones today are so updated with technology and I love it.

As I think to myself, I wonder why am I writing these blogs. Is it because I have to, or maybe because I want to succeed. I think it just hits me, and I remember automatically that I have to blog for English class. Its always in my mind and especially hit me at night. I always want to get it done no matter where I am because in the back of my mine education always come first. I i had to go out with my friends, I would tell them that I would be there in ten minutes, this way I could blog. Friends can wait ten minutes for you but your education cannot. I rather get my education at a young age, than rather go back to school when I am older, I guess its a way of life. When I sit here and write my blogs thats what I mainly think of. Sometimes I get carried away and feel as if I could write forever. I actually love to write, which most people think is crazy but I don't care. If you make writing part of your everyday life, you will just do it and not complain. Almost like driving your car everyday, you just do it with no questions asked. Blogs are very important, and by writing everyday you gain knowledge more than you know it. If you go off about a topic and explain it in a certain manner, you are actually teaching yourself and making yourself better at what you know. The best way to learn something is to teach it, and by doing that you have to fully understand what you are teaching. By writing blogs, you can get the feel for understanding the concept of whatever it is easier. As I type away, I come up with new ideas that I would have never thought about which is why I love to write. As English class ends, I might have to keep writing for myself.

Obama's 30 minute speech

During the World Series, there was a 30 minute break, special just for Obama. McCain said, he's wasting his time and money." I believe he is doing the right thing, getting undecided voters to favor his situation. His main concern was that McCain told Americans that he was inexperienced and not fit for the job. Candidate Obama wanted to get his word out to Americans, not only to probe McCain wrong but also to state what he is going to do for American once again. Many people think that this is more than enough to speak to the public because they already have their last debate a couple of weeks ago. Obama spent millions of dollars to get 30 minutes of free talk viewed on most of the popular channels but he thinks it will pay off. Of coarse many people view him differently because he is part black, but honestly he isn't that bad. This doesn't mean that I favor him, but that I believe us Americans should not judge people by their cover. People should give him a chance even though he is black. McCain tells us Americans many negative things about Obama, even though Obama does the same back to McCain, but that campaining. These candidates take on another level of fighting, not directly but verbely. I think Obama's 30 minute speech with have an impact of many people who were unsure. Many people were watching the World Series, which means that have had to watch Obama. He is up in the poles and not doing anything to give it up!

After not watching tv for over 2 weeks, I turned the tv to channel 5 after the World Series. I have never laughed so much in m y life. Homer is amazingly funny, especially watching it at night. I am tired, about to fall asleep, but my eyes are open enough to watch tv. The show in general is retarted and makes not sense, but the jokes are histerical. Most of the jokes are for adults, when I was a kid I never understood them. Some of them I still don't understand. Every thing Homer does, I can relate to because its reality. I think its so funny because the viewer, us, can relate to it. Home said in one of the shows that, hes down to a 'B' cup." If I was young I would have no clue what hes talking about because its sexual. Sexual jokes are really funny if your of age. If I could watch this every night, I would. The music is also so catchy to my ear, it makes me want to get up and dance. But, right now I am too tired to get up and dance. Tomorow I will probably remember the beat to the song and start dancing because the toon is creepy, making me remember it easier. Homer Simpson is awsome and who ever plays his part is great! His voice and everything about him is histerical, thank God for this show.

Pumpkin Carving

For adults and children, the art of pumpkin carving is filled with lots of fun and excitement. The kids have so much fun because they don't know what they are doing and the parents have fun by helping the kids struggle with the carving part. Carving is obviously too hard for a kid to do it by him or her self but with the help of their parents it become a piece of cake. I loved when my Mom and Dad used to help me out. Making carving with special letters and designs made my day. I would display they out on my front steps, hoping that someone would like what I had made. If not, I was still happy with what I had made. Being that I am older now doesn't mean that I can't carve pumpkins anymore. I still enjoy it 100%. I always love the carving of the car in the moon. Its always a design that I come across on peoples lawns, pumpkins, and on decorations in the house. I also love cats, so that interest me the absolute most. I am very artistic and if I could, I would design many more cool designs to carve onto pumpkins. I believe the skill in that are would be to take your own creativity and transfer it onto the pumpkin. That would make me so happy, to see my work on somebody's pumpkin. Pumpkin carving has been around for so long and I hope the tradition keeps going because it's truly a wonderful event.
Halloween's Around the Corner

When you think about it, holiday's come around too quick. The last time I checked, it was still warm out. Now the whether is changing so rapidly, the leaves are falling off trees and the cool air is starting to change the atmosphere. Its the feeling of Halloween. When I was Halloween was always a huge celebration/holiday because it was fun, something for the kids and adults to come together. This creates bonding between families and even friends. When they run from house to house with their pumpkin buckets, pillow cases, or even backpacks the excitement is truly amazing. If you ever took out your camera and snapped shots of their faces receiving candy, its overwhelming. Its a time to be scared by also filled with laughter. I wish I was still young enough to run from door to door. I still remember my friends and I trying to hit every house in the entire town. We came close, getting 4 pillow cases full of candy. The parents always tagged along and made sure we wouldn't get hurt or in trouble. My friends Dad was always the one to come along on our little adventure, but I was fine with that because he was so cool. At least it wasn't my Dad, I would have been so imbarrased. I even remember the time that I went on roller skates, that was horrible. My feet hurt for days, therefore, I never did that again. Every year we seem to have tried something new to do; more or less like getting our selves into more trouble because we were getting older. As the years progressed, we just hung out, but there was always time to snag a couple of pieces of candy. I always thought to myself, how it felt to give out the candy. All the people who just sit there, waiting for kids to come. I guess thats their excitement for the night, while ours is having a blast doing something illegal. Thats the part of being a kid though, everyone's been there and experienced it. We all have our own tales to tell, especially the ones on Halloween night!

The World Series

Wow, its been a while since I watched the world series. The first two game of the World Series this year I missed. Its aganist Tampa Bay and the Philies. Neither teams interest me, which is why I haven't really care to watch it but I will still toon in to whats going on. I hate to be lost with the media. I feel the need to keep up to date with whats going on, by reading the newspaper or even watching the news, like channel 5. I have heard that both of these teams are evenly matched, forcing the World Series to maybe go into a seven game series. That would be just awsome, whenever it gets down to the last game people go wild. They go wild on the field, in the stands, at home, and even at bars. This week is a huge week for drinking at bars. The
World Series and the Supper Bowl are great attractions. This also means that the cops will be out on the streets more often at night, this isn't so good for kids sake. As the series goes on, I will not be stressed out like I was a couple of years ago when the Yankees were in the World Series because I do not favor any team in particular. I think its better like that, you don't become as stressful. May the best team win! If I had to choose a team, it would probably be Tampa Bay because they are the under dogs. I always like to see an under dog team win, it makes it that much more exciting. I hope that next year, a New York team will be in the World Series, to get the spirits of New York alive again.

Lava Lamps

Have you ever watched a lava lamp and thought about how cool it is. Its so amazing that all you have to do is hit the switch. It gets extremely hot, which can be a fire hazard but I would still have them in my house. I have a special plate underneath mine, this way nothing can catch on fire. The main thing I worry about is to shut them off before I go to bed. For a Lava Lamp to be on the entire night cannot be to good. I surly enjoy lava lamps though. The flow of them is so relaxing. Some times they come out in bubbles or even long flows that are connected. I guess it matters how hot it is. When its supper hot, maybe the lava breaks up into small pieces. Or maybe when the lava is a little colder, it stays in one huge bulge. Lave lamps come in all different sizes and shapes. I have one that is shaped like a rocket ship. I have a purple and green one, I favor the purple one more though. I believe each color gives off a different effect when you stair at it. To me, the purple lava lamp seems as if you are on top of a volcano, waiting to explode. The green lava lamp seems as if I am underground. I guess anybody can have a different effect or opinion based on its color. I love to turn them on when all of the other lights are off in the house. This creates a soothing atmosphere in your house. If I could, I would put them all around my house. But two is just perfectly enough for me so I'm not going to complain. Next time your in Spencers buy a lava lamp, you won't regret it!
Grandma's Cookies

There are always those special occasions going on from time to time around my house. Some include birthday parties or just special gatherings. My grandma lives in Astoria, Queens and she brings the best cookies along with her for us to share. Once I tasted them, I could never go back. I don't know, but they do not compete with Long Island cookies one bit. Their flavor is unique and the texture is undiscribable. She normally carries them in a small square shaped box, filled to the top. I could hear the sprinkles dancing on the bottom of the box, ready to be eaten up. Like I said, once I start eating I cannot stop. Its like they have some special ingredients in them. It could be the jelly for some, or maybe even the pouder. I have yet to find any cookie around my area close to what my Grandma brings over. The last time I looked at the box of cookies, my mouth watered. My Mom tautered me because I had to have dinner before I could have desert. I wanted to eat the cookies first so bad, but I always do so nothings new. If I could eat 100 a day, I probably would because they are that good. I would not care about how fat I would get because the flavor would already be in my stomach and I would be too happy to even think about it. They next time I could get my hands on one of my Grandma's cookies I am going to be in my glory!

Blacklights

The first time I walked into my friends room I noticed a glow. He had velvet like posters on his walls that seemed to me to look like 3D. I stared to glance at the toys he had in his room. The coolest one I came across was his black light's. He had one very long, about 6ft long and another just in a bulb shape which was connected to a regular lamp. When he turned them on, the room glue with a fluorescent shine. It looked as if the light was bouncing from wall to wall. Maybe the light even bounced of me, all I know was that this black light was so cool and I wanted to know more about it. I found out that they sell them in Spencers in the mall which I went to the very next day. I could not hold myself back from buying one, its almost like I had to have one. I became attached at the very beginning, just like a bride and groom. I bought the same lights he had in his room. I also found out that anything in the room that was white, glue the most. The color went from white to extremely blinding white. This color seemed so cool to me, I wanted to have my whole basement to give off this affect too. When I bought them for myself I just them up in my basement just like I had planned. As the months went by the excitement of the black light soon left my mind. I had seen this "cool" light so many times now, that is was not extraordinary any more. I will always love the black light though because it lets you into another dimension of the room.
Timberlands

The other day I bought a brand new pair of boots. These boots are called Timberlands. I bought them at Bob's stores in Bayshore. If I could have spend my money on anything in the store it would have been them, which is why I bought them. I also bought them because I had many coupons that I had received in the mail. This helps bring my bill down tremendously. The boots alone cost $120 plus tax. These Timberlands are very costly, one being that they are name brand. Others like Smith's are inexpensive, mainly because of the name. I like buying name brand though, not because I like to show off, but when I could spend the money I would. Some times, if you buy the cheeper brand, they might night last as long. Money is a big issue but mainly if the price is higher, they are probably going to be better. I am currently working two jobs right now but I don't have money to throw away. When I put a little money away each week it accumulates quicker than I expect. One a month hits I have to money treat myself to some items that I have been wanting. Well, these Timberlands I have been wanting for a while. Last Fall, I wanted to get them but that never happened. I was driving at the time so I could have went to Bob's, but I probably didn't have the money or my Mom wouldn't give me any. Now that I have them, I am going to use the well and treat them with great care because they were very expensive. I even bought a special cleaner to keep them dry or rain. I hope these boots last me awhile!

Over the years birthdays just become a normal day. It seems as if the day would just flow by like a normal one. Most of the time people forget other people's birthdays, which makes it like a regular day again. Obviously, the person who's birthday it is doesn't forget but now he/she has to remind others that it's their birthday. To some people, this may be a nucence even though they really do care about him/her. As the day rolls on by, you might do something that you normally wouldn't do. For example, you might go out to a fancy restaurant or a bar. Presents are probably involved, which is also out of the ordinary to a regular day. To me, a birthday is like a normal day because its not like its a holiday. When you have a holiday, you really have to think about what going on; if you forget about it, you truly have problems. But peoples birthdays are regularly forgotten. To some people, they might take great offence, especially if its a close relative. That the one thing you do not want to forget about. Make sure you memorize all of your closest friends and relatives birthdays. That a sign of respect, which makes you seem caring and respectful. I know that most people forget about my birthday, but its fine with me because I know I do the same to others. My Moms birthday is coming up this month and I sure remembered that one, without having to ask anyone else. I hope her birthday goes just well.

New Shower Doors

As my bathroom was getting re-done, we were waiting on the shower doors because that was the last to be put in. After a month of waiting, the men finally brought it to my house in a huge truck. The glass had such a great design on it that my mom almost had a heart attack. She was so shocked and loved it. She made the artist draw swans on the glass because she thought the effects of swans would bring out the bathroom more. There is so much chrome that came connected with the glass, which also makes the bathroom stand out even more. I personally love the new shower glass doors. It makes me feel as if I were in a hotel, if actually feel kind of rich. These shower doors cost about a thousand dollars therefore, I feel rich. When I take a shower now, it is going to feel so weird. When I open and close the doors I am going to be so careful because if I were to damage it my mom would flip out. I am going to take very good care of the glass doors and I hope they last a life time because I am never going to spend a thousand dollars on shower doors in my life. When somebody goes to go to the bathroom I cant wait to see the look on their faces. These shower doors are going to make my bathroom come to life!

Jackets

As the temperature seem to change, its time to take the jackets out of your closet. The fall season takes a toll on the whether. Its a time where people usually wear a lot of leather. I bought a leather jacket and I only usually wear it in the fall. I get excited when its the fall because I know I am going to be wearing my leather. I feel special when I wear my leather jacket because its more classy than a regular jacket. I own it for a purpose, and thats to look good in style. If you know how to wear a jacket in style, especially a leather one, you got it made. Wearing layers is good for the fall season because you never know how cold it might get. Some days it can vary, therefore, you have to take into consideration to wear many layers. Hopefully you own a down jacket to keep you even warmer. There are so many types of jackets you could buy, but I prefer leather. When I go snowboarding, I wear a different type of jacket. Every type of jacket serves a purpose and you have to know how to wear them right. If jackets weren't invented these cold seasons would be very rough to live in. These conditions would bring you right under, and you would freeze your head off. Its about time to take your cozy jackets out of the closet.

Soap

There has to be soap laying around in you bathroom some place. You know its there, but you can never find it, its almost like it disappears. Sometimes I am in the shower and it slips out of my hand, the next thing you know it, its gone. One time it flew out of my hand and landed by the door of the bathroom. If was so cold to get out of the shower and pick up the soap and bring it back into the shower, but I had to. I wish the soap had a strap to it, where you can connect it to your wrist. It would truly be that much easier. Something that people have made that is very helpful for the shower is loufers. Using these, you can apply the soap onto them and scrub yourself without having the trouble of holding the soap. Other people use other products to clean their bodies, but I like to stick with soap. Dove has always been a favorite product for my mom, therefore, we like to stick with Dove. The smell of Dove beats out any other smell that touches your body. You smell extremely clean and healthy. I love that feeling and wish I could feel that way everyday. Sometimes, if I had the ability to take a shower as much as I could, I would probably take 3 or 4 in one day because the smell is that good. When ever I pass by the soap isle in my nearest supper market, my nose goes crazy because the smell hits me so quick. I could spend hours in that isle! We always stack up our bathroom door with more than enough soap because we hate to run out of it. If we do, its like a sin. We have to obtain a certain number of soaps in the bathroom door other wise my mom isn't happy. Soap is the best way to keep your body clean, and you always have to make sure you are keeping yourself clean everyday.
BlueRay DVD Player

Over the years, technology has grown so much. We can now watch DVD's at a way better resolution, the picture is 10x better than a regular DVD. The Blue Ray DVD player is amazing. When I bought one I could not believe my eyes. The picture is really that much better. When you watch a movie, you feel as if you are in the movie. The people seem real, with the sweat pouring off them and their muscles popping out. The detail on the people or anything is just outstanding. I am so glad that I spend my money on this player than anything else in the store because I do not know what can be better than this. I can have fun when we have a movie night or even if I have some friends over to watch a movie. If I had a regular DVD player, the movie would be boring. But this new technology brings us into a new level of watching movies. It makes your room alive! I also have a sourround system attached to my receiver which connects to my t.v. through the audio in and out plugs. When you watch a movie in my basement now, I feel as if the actors were really in my basement. I get the feeling as if I were setting in a movie theatre too; with popcorn in my hard there is truly no difference. The key is to keep you player clean and out of the way of anybody breaking it. I wish to keep this BlueRay DVD player up and running for very long, one because it was a expensive and because you should not have to buy a new player every year. This player should last me a while even though technology is moving so fast and they will probably make a better model next year but you can't do anything about that. I have to say, I love my Blue Ray DVD player and you should definitely spend your money on one too!

Wireless Connections

Sometimes I just don't get wireless connection. I have a Mac Book lab top and I love it, but the connection just craps out on me sometimes. My main server for the wireless connection is in my room under my main house computer. It sits right next to the wall with nothing in it's way, but some how finds a way to loose connection with me. One day I could be in my, sitting on my bed and have a poor connection while other days I could be in my basement with a perfect five bars. I just don't get it! Why can't I have five bars all the time? Sometimes there are three four or five bars; they range from one bar to five bars. With one being the worst connection and five being the best. When I have a great connection, I am so happy because I remember when I only have my house computer and it was horrible. Therefore, I am so grateful to have a lab top. Even if I have a bad connection, I would rather have a bad connection on my lab top than having a bad connection on my house computer. My house computer is an Emachines, and its horrible. Having wireless connections was a great invention, who ever created that is a genius. Having the feeling of being free while you are on the internet is pretty cool. I could jump around anywhere in my house and still great a connection, well most of the time. If the wireless router worked perfect they would not need computer people to fix things, we would put them out of business. In the computer field there is always something to go wrong and you know that, its like a way of life in another sense. I hope my wireless connection never craps out on my because I would die!

Mornings

Mornings can truly be horrible. I tend to like the morning, but only when I know I am wide awake. If I get up at an early time and I'm wide awake, there's no way I'm going back to sleep. I kind of like it that way though because I am getting more out of the day. By the time 5:00pm hits, I feel as if it were 8:00pm. Getting up early can benefit you in many ways. Once, I had to go to school in the morning, so I bought myself a cup of coffee at a near by gas station. I was soon wide awake, and ready to start my day. When I got out of school at 8:00am, I accomplish most of my other chores that I had to take care of. By noon, I was a little tired, but was free for the rest of my day. To me, getting things done early truly benefits you in the long run. I love to relax at the end of my day, and when I get things done early it makes that much easier for myself. There are times where I can never get up early; hey it happens. If you only knew that getting up earlier would benefit you in the later party of the day, I'm sure you would pop right out of bed, making the springs bounce non-stop under your mattress. Sometimes the sound of my Mom yelling traveling deep down into my ear lobes, which makes me jump and shoot right out of bed. This sound horrible and not a great way to get up at all, but at least you got up then and not three hours later. I wish I could wake up perfect every morning, with nobody bothering me. If that was the case, I would sleep till doon's day. I love to sleep, but the mornings are just too beneficial and stress-less.

A Relaxing Day

Some days just fly by with nothing to do. You could stay home for hours, and still not do anything. These are called you lazy, boring days. Today, I experienced a day like that with my friend. We went to his house and played around with our guitars. There was nobody around the neighborhood except for us two, it was horrible. You seem so decelet when there is nothing to do with nobody around. The day just seems like it drags along, pulling you with it. Time is always, I always caught myself looking at the clock. When you are looking at the clock too much, you know something is up. Looking at the clock makes time move even slower, and when you think about it you are not accomplishing anything. You could be trying to find something better to do, but no, you just stay lazy and stair at the clock. These types of days include watching T.V. or even going through your old toys/collectables. I actually rode on my razon skutter with my friend up and down the block, it was imbarassing. Having the feeling of being a kid again just does work. You can think about the things you did when you were young, but when you apply them to yourself when you are older its just wrong. I cannot believe I rode a skutter again, even though its not a law to not ride one. The main thing is that I felt relaxed, and this boring day actually got me to think about when I was young. My friend and I used to hang out together when we were young, so we had a lot of the same memories. Sometimes its great to sit back, relax, and not have to worry about anything the whole day!

The Perfect Night

The perfect night can consist of what ever your heart desires. If you use your imagination, your might just have the perfect night. As for me, a day on the beach in the night is a hell of an experience. The setting of the night is just perfect, creating an atmosphere that blows you away. Your train of thoughts get twisted as the night progresses. When I am having too much fun, I know the night was perfect. Laughing non-stop, and having feeling that you never felt before sets off that perfect type of a night. You wish this night can last forever, but you know it never will. As the sun starts to go down, the owl's come out, giving you a warning call to go to bed, or get home. As for me, I never do because I wish the night can stay the same. If you stay out all night, the night just keeps getting better and better. Sometimes you just know when you are having a great night, and other times things just happen to set off the awsume night. Key factors can be who you are hanging out with, or even where you might be. I think the spot you choose to hang out in, creates what can happen in the coarse of a night. For example, a spot on the beach creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere. This can set off a loving night. When my friends and I pick a place to hangout, I take it very seriously because we never want to stay home and do nothing. Doing nothing is no even close to having a perfect night. Having the perfect night takes skill and time to accomplish. But, in the end it always turns out for the better!
The Wii

After never playing the Wii in my life, it is actually truly fun. My sister received it for a Christmas present last year, but she never plays it herself. Once in a while she does, and when she does, sometimes she asks me to play with her. One of my favorite games is tennis. When you play tennis, is seems as if you are really at the court playing one of your friends because you make all of the same movements. Once in a while I get to close to my sister and hit her by accident because our living room is too small to play this game in. You can play a series of best of five, best of three, or just a single game. My sister and I like to play the best of five series because it lasts the longest. When you play the other games, you finish too quick. You can really get into the game and have competition. Another time I was playing the Wii with my other friend when nobody was home. We played for money, thats where the competition really took place because nobody wanted to loose. When you play for a certain reason, especially money you never want to loose. The Wii is a great system for kids, but if you have nothing better to do adults can surly play too. You can come away with getting a work out, while having the best time of your life!

Shower Doors

My mom has been re-decorating the bathroom in the past three weeks. I am so glad because my house has been needing a new bathroom for years. Since my mom and dad bought the house, 19 years ago, the bathroom has not been touched! Now, 19 years later it is starting to look nice. By nice, I mean that we can walk in and out of it without having to trip over your own feet. As long as its clean I will be happy but my mom is taking this project over the top. she is getting a whole new Stella Snow cabinet, a new heater board, re-painting the walls, a new mirror cabinet, and lastly, frosted shower doors with swans sand blasted on by a special artist! I cannot believe this is actually happening, but its almost finished. I cannot wait to see the finished product. Taking a shower is going to be the best thing is the whole house to do, everyone is going to want to be in the bathroom. When I am in the bathroom, I am going to feel rich! Felling rich is always nice, especially when your in the shower. The last thing to be done in the bathroom is the glass doors because they had to be specially ordered and shipped to Home Depot. I am going to have to go there and pick them up, unless my moms contractor wants to pick them up himself. Well anyways, time flies by, and before I know it they will be here in my own house. This is very special for us, because we have not re-decorated the house that much, and when we do it truly brings out the "shine" in the house. I am looking forward to taking a shower so much, I can't wait till I do!
Hot Tea

Basically, my whole family drinks tea, and they especially love their tea smoking hot! Watching my whole family drink tea has also made me become a tea drinker. I usually have tea in the late night, because it relaxes me and helps me get a good night sleep. You don't think about it, but when you drink tea when you are stressed out, you we become relaxed and content. When I am socializing I love to drink tea. My grandma is very healthy, therefore, she brings her own healthy tea bags called camomile green tea to my house. I have become accustom to them and I really do enjoy the taste. It can can about in a gathering around the house, or even during an occasional dinner. Mainly, the evening is a better time to drink tea. Tea will always be part of my house, maybe because my mom was brought up drinking tea. My family does not drink alcohol, I believe they drink tea instead. Some family drink every week or weekend but my family drinks tea. It may not seem the same or of coarse do not do the same thing, but in both ways the drinks create you to socialize and enjoy the night while having a great night. Writing about tea so much makes me want to make make myself a cup right now. I will probably have the regular Lipton tea because that one is my favorite!
Rummy

Rummy is a game played with cards, formally in a casino. I usually play this game with my grandpa. There is regular seven card runny or a similar version called 500 card rummy. Both of these games include getting matches and getting all of the cards out of your hand as soon as possible. When I play with my grandpa, who ever shuffles, goes second. The other person cuts the deck to make sure that the other person is not cheating and then we deal the cards one by one until each person has seven cards. The rummy 500 game can last up to 3 hours long, but its so fun. When you play with more than two people, the time increases because it is harder to get matches. When all the other people have your cards, its harder to get them in you own hand. In regular rummy you have to get four cards alike and three cards alike. You can also build up straights in your hand, sometimes it is easier getting rid of them this way. Personally, I like to go for straights because it is easier to get rid of them and you can have more of a chance than if you were to go for the numbers that are alike. There are only four of the same cards in the whole deck, so if someone else has you card, its almost impossible to get that card yourself. This is why the game can last forever, but I still love it. When playing with my grandpa, I mostly enjoy it, mainly because I am playing with him but someday I wish to take his skills and bring my competition to the casinos to make money. I do not want this to become an addiction but I do wish if I could make a little extra cash money!

Grandparents

My grandparents are so special to me, they mean the world to me. If it weren't for grandparents we would not learn much about the past. They inform me so much, things that I don't even know about. Even though the are high in age, they still have all their marbles. Sometimes my Grandma rambles on about for hours, she can talk longer that I can. The best for of having grandparents has got to be, being with them. On a nice day, relaxing in your house or where ever it might be, it's the great to spend some quality time with them. You will try appreciate it, because once they are gone you cannot do that any more. Time moves too far therefore you have to take advantage of the time that you already have. I wish they can stay on this planet forever, but thats not going to be the case. My grandparents are actually going to come over tomorrow. They live in Astoria, Queens and commute here by train. They have been taking the train here for so many years and they love it. Now that I am older I would definitely drive to Astoria and pick them up, but they still perfeer to that the train. This is almost like a small vacation time when they come to my house. They do get out often, but coming to the Island is different. They are too used to Queens and New York, not to say that's bad, but coming here gives them a different view of the world. They actually get around more than other grandparents do. You would be surprised, they take, trains, buses, taxies, and walk but none of them drive. Back in the day my Grandpa used to drive, but that was a long time ago. Having Grandparents is the best thing that could of ever happened to me. I wish they could stay here forever!
Car Mechanics

When having your car fixed, there's always the question of which mechanic to bring it to. Is the best choice, the guy you have been going to for years, or is it ok to try a new mechanic. This great mechanic that my mom and I have been going to for several years has been taken over by new ownership. This now left us in confusion. Do we still go to the same place, or do we seek the town for other shops around us. There is another mechanic that is right by the place who got taken over by new ownership, but they are always packed out with cars. If you want to get your car checked out, it might be two days later. If I need my car looked at, it has to be that day. A mechanic who looks at my car on the spot is the mechanic I would choose, not to mention many other things about them but, somebody who is quick and willing to put you first is great. I drove down the neighborhood and spotted another shop that looked very friendly. My friend said that he goes there, but I never really realized where it was. I took into consideration that they might be ok, so I asked some questions. The next thing was that, they were very infortative and aware of my problem with my brakes. They said they will work on it the next morning, and that got me excited. It is also good to try new mechanics, but I think you should be told to go there by somebody that recommended them before you actually do. By the end of the day my car should do new and running perfect again. If it's not I will not be happy at all, but I'm not going to think like that.

Fall

As the fall seem to fade in, summer seems to fade out. Fall is truly a great time of year because it is comfortable, not to hot, or not to cold. It's a perfect time to throw on a sweat shirt and relax. When they leaves start to fall down on you, you especially know it's fall, but Halloween usually lands smack in the middle of fall also. Halloween is just around the corner, many kids waiting to run around in their costumes and receive candy of many sorts. I wish I were still young to do that, but my friends and I can have fun in a different way. Hopefully a way of not getting in trouble. As the leaves fall down, the rakes and garbage bags slowly come out of everybody's houses. I always wonder how those black bags usually rip. They always seem like they have nothing it them, but still they rip. Twigs and sticks are usually a big cause of that. My mom says to break the twigs in small piece this that that doesn't happen, and they leaves won't pour out. Within every season, there involves work. For example, in the winter time you have to take out your shovel for the snow, this usually kills you back. No one is every happy with more word but you have to do it to take care of your house, or where ever you might live. Just like winter, the fall involves raking, which is also not good for your back. My dad was always told not to take part in any physical work around the house because he had heart disease. He had to take it easy on heart and not do too much physical work. I think that fall is the best season of all because it is the most comfortable. It's a time to relax, and enjoy the beautiful weather!

Toothpaste

When was the last time you bought a toothpaste that cost over 10 dollars. I almost flipped out! My mom found this really good toothpaste, Ultra white, and the brand was Crest. She has a coupon for 2 dollars off but I still couldn't believe it. The actual price was $11.99! The past 18 years I have lived on this planet I have never seen something that drastic and of my mom had to buy that one. I was at the nearest supper market called Stop and Shop, when my mom called me to pick her up some items. One of the items was this toothpaste and I did not want to buy it with my own money at all because I thought this was ridiculous. There are many other toothpaste from Crest that was a reasonable price but no, she wanted only that one. One of my friends actually works at Stop and Shop and he said, "I have never even seen this toothpaste in Stop and Shop before". He is a cashier, and that amazed me. He has been working there for a little over a year and never came across this type of toothpaste, unless this kind was brand new. I actually did put the money down for my mom, and of coarse she did not pay me back. The next time I put Crest toothpaste it is going to be the one that is only 5 dollars because I believe that it does the same thing. In this economy we should not waste our money, we have to start conserving. Throwing away money on unnecessary items is a huge waste.
